If you decide to move forward, an upfront retainer is required before work begins. It covers your vehicle research, market comparison, dealer outreach, and negotiation preparation. The retainer is non-refundable once work starts β but it is fully credited toward your success fee when your deal closes.
Think of it as a deposit that comes right off your final bill.
The main fee is performance-based: 25% of the documented savings we negotiate for you versus the dealer's initial written offer or advertised price. Your retainer is applied as a credit. If we don't save you anything beyond the initial offer, no success fee is owed.

There are three tiers: a free initial consultation, an upfront retainer (typically $249β$349) that covers all research and negotiation prep, and a success fee of 25% of the savings we achieve for you β with your retainer credited toward that amount. If we don't save you anything beyond the dealer's initial offer, no success fee is owed. You only pay meaningfully when we deliver results.
If we're unable to negotiate savings beyond the dealer's initial written offer or advertised price, no success fee is owed beyond the retainer you already paid. The retainer compensates Grant for the time and effort spent researching, contacting dealers, and preparing your negotiation β work that has real value regardless of the outcome.
